Is there on-site parking?
There is no private parking. Street parking is available nearby, by meter.
Can we park in the loading area?
The loading area is for equipment drop-off only. Vehicles cannot be left parked there.
Is there a freight elevator?
Yes, a freight elevator is available Monday to Friday between 6 a.m. and 6 p.m. It’s not accessible on weekends.
Are there passenger elevators?Yes, two small elevators are available at all times. They are suitable for people or small equipment, but not for large sets or bulky gear.
Is the studio soundproof for audio recording?
Yes. The studio is designed with recording in mind, but please note that some building maintenance may occur between 5 p.m. and 9 a.m. on weekdays and on weekends.
For shoots requiring clean sound, we recommend booking between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday to Friday.Is there someone on-site to assist crews?
Yes. Our coordinators are available to welcome crews, direct guests, and assist with any questions. Please let us know your arrival time in advance.

What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the reserved date are subject to a fee. Full terms are outlined in our rental agreement.
Are there specific rules during a shoot?Yes. Each client receives a clear list of guidelines covering site use, schedules, and neighborhood considerations.
